” A Fast Yet Fun Farming Game “

About The Game

Super Farming Boy is an exciting mix of action, puzzle, and farming sim, heavily relying on chain reactions and combos.

In Super Farming Boy, you assume the role of Super, whose mom and friends have been captured by the evil nemesis, KORPO®©TM. Unlawfully hiring you to work on your own land, Korpo taxes all proceeds for himself!

Now, with your friends and mom up for sale, you must harvest your way through some wacky challenges, saving enough to rescue them back!

In Super Farming Boy, there are no tools because you are the tool. With the simple push of a button, you can transform into a shovel, a hammer, a pickaxe, a watering can, and more! Super Farming Boy can even FLY!

The game’s central mechanic revolves around chain reactions and combos! The magical seed creatures in this world, once harvested, trigger specific chain-reaction effects that enable you to optimize your farm in ways never seen before in a farming game. These chain reaction and combo powers also serve as your means of defense against creatures, help optimize your daily stamina usage, and facilitate various actions such as chopping down trees, demolishing boulders, removing weeds, collecting items, defeating bosses, and much more!

Explore whimsical weathers and extraordinarily unusual seasons, such as Radioactive Season, Timewarp Season, and Volcanic Season. There’s even a season set underwater!
Super Farming Boy has been meticulously designed with touch controls in mind. The gameplay is incredibly intuitive: everything is draggable, tappable, pokeable, and supports both classic joystick controllers (XBOX, Bluetooth, PS), keyboard, and touch simultaneously!

Gameplay

With the world currently over saturated with cosy farming games you would think Super Farming Boy would sink straight to the bottom, well that is where your wrong Super Farming Boy takes the farming genre and runs with it, somehow they have managed to grab a concept and turn it into something seriously fun.

You play as Super he seems to have a hero complex but that might be partly because he is one, Super’s friend and family have been abducted by the big baddy called corpo and its your mission as super to get them to safety through farming.

The aim here is like any other farming game buy seeds, plant them, farm them, earn money and use that money to either save your friends or level up talents. Now this might all sound a bit wow that sounds boring but this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to super.

At the end of each session you will see all the dollar you have earned but be careful because corpo will tax you heavily on your earning because after all it cant be that easy to get your family back.

Its nice to see a Farming game that adds new methods to the already burnt out genre, adding a talent system to the game or level system however you want to say it really adds a new dynamic to it all.

Graphics / Sound Design

Graphically the game is super pleasing on the eye it boasts bright colours and a very cute art style making this so easy to get lost in this for hours on end it is defiantly one of them games you pick up at 2pm and before you know it its 2am and you messed up.

The animations and sound design here is flawless almost everything you do in Super Farming Boy is animated and has a sound to match, collecting a coin, picking up fruits, farming, flying, combo chains they all have a sound that just make for some seriously addictive.

Our Thoughts

We had a blast with Super Farming Boy and while most people are going to look and think its just another farming game we urge all of you to give this one a try its honestly really such a good take on a simple concept.

The sound design in super has to be some of our favourite I love the fact everything has a sound and it adds to this chaotic dynamic, this being said we did have a small issue with the game and that is when you start out your stamina seems so low that its hard to get stuff done in ample timing but this soon dissipates when you level up I guess its more of a nascence than a problem with the game on its own.
