Gameplay / Story
Catto’s gameplay is quite simplistic actually you go around delivering parcels to the village shops, through the game you will be able to interact with different things around the town such as chairs, rubbish, water fountains and even the hidden ducks that you have to find.
The story within Catto is very short I think we managed to complete the game in one hour however that being said the story is also very well put together it’s cute and sends an awesome little message.
Our Thoughts On The Game
Catto is a very cute short story with a heavy emphasis on character and story development. This happens a little quick and we would have loved a lot more that being said the story that has been given has been honed and it works really well.
The game is short enough to pick up and play entirely in one sitting and you’re not left disappointed.
Throughout the game there are so many little cat references and we can totally dig that these have been thrown into the game.
Achievements are really easy within Catto making it the perfect game for completionists.
Be warned the ending is a little sad in terms of credits not a story but you will have to play it to find that out.
Verdict
A cute game with a short story, good character development that doesn’t let you down. Tons of things to do within a short period of time. The game isn’t short of cat memes and puns, but also the attention to detail when it comes to things a cat would do or play with isn’t missed either.
Overall the game is light hearted but has an impactful story that everyone should play at least once.
