About The Game
Mad Experiments: Escape Room – Sanctuary is set within an old looking abbey, you have 60 to 90 minutes to unite the horn of the fallen ones, get the Sceptre of Radiance and ring the abbots bell to escape. Do you think you have what it takes to get it all done.

How It Starts
From the main menu you are able to choose if your going to go at this alone or with some friends and yes that right that means the game is multiplayer you are able to tackle this with up to four of your friends. Upon loading into the game your in a waiting room of sorts but its no different from the rest of the castle or abbey I’m not to sure what you actually call these places but castle like should I say, there is a door in front of you and the game warns you that the second you open the door your time starts. It hard for me to go into details about each room within the game without giving to much away and ruining the games puzzles which would be silly as the whole game is based around puzzles and progression after all PlayTogether Studios did win award with their last 2 iterations of the game.

The Puzzles
As you progress through the door on the starting area it becomes immediately clear just how much love has gone into these puzzles the first piece of paper you pick up has some kind of clue or riddle to solve, this theme continues through the game, each puzzle is more than what it seems one objective will have you hunting a fire to dispatch some cobwebs but to do this you need a fire starting kit to start a fire on a torch and then you need to use said torch to dispatch the cob webs each part of this sequence and the ones that follow this are so well planned out like it would be within the real environment of an escape room meaning if you can find what your looking for then the chances are you are on the wrong track or trying to solve the wrong puzzle at this time.
Our Thoughts/ Overall Score
Overall we had a really good time with Mad Experiments: Escape Room – Sanctuary the game has some really chill music to it and a very nice graphical style to the game. The pathing for the game is really well executed and doing one thing within a room will lead you on nicely to the next thing and the next. The puzzle in the game are genius at best they are well made and well executed. The game currently costs £4.40 as its currently on sale and it is £5 off sale. the games run time is 90 mins if you nail this first time obviously. We gave the game the Score below as we believe the game was fun and deserving of such a rating we deducted half a star due to the lack of replayability.
